New House

Hey all!

How's everything going?

Well for those of you know or don't know, I have been on about moving out of the flat that i was in with my brother and Matt. I finally have moved out! I moved out in to my new place last Thursday, with the help of Boox. I've settled in already, my room is pretty huge too. almost 3 times bigger than the one I used to have, which is better because I do have quite a bit of stuff. Plus it has a BED, no more sleeping on a matress on the floor. Damn people breaking my bed, you know who you are. Lol.

Unfortunately I don't have the net so I won't be able to keep in touch for a while, but I am sorting that out. For the time being I can check this, my emails and my space at my dads. Which is trés cool.

Right must dash food is on and I wanna carrying on watching 24.

Take care all, love ya! x

Oh dear!!

Oh my god! It's been absolutely ages since I last posted on here. Last year in fact was the last time I posted. I was still playing Pro 5 football (soccer for all you Americans out there). I think ever since I became an assistant manager for one of our branches in Goulcester, I stopped posting. I was pretty busy then and doing a lot of late shifts too, which certainly didn't help. Normally I would say I'm gonna keep up with my posting on a regular basis. However I somehow doubt that will be the case, but I most certainly will try, damnit!

A lot has actually happened since then, I've worked my way up the ladder in Timpsons, I'm now a manager. I've been one since last September, not bad going as I'd only been with the company 9 months by then so go me! I also was my regional manager's branch of the week and got £15 for it. Considering there are only 3 RM's in the company and there are over 500 shops UK wide, I think that's pretty damn amazing. I guess He has about a couple of hundred shops that he has to ensure they're all running to their best. He gave me the branch of the week after visiting my branch and was well impressed on the day and told me to keep up the good work. I'm back in the Mall branch as of Monday for 3 weeks, as Tara who works there needs a break from it, so I was asked if I was ok to swap temporarily, she called me a God send for it. I'm not fussed either way where I work, as long as I'm able to do my job to it's full potential.

I bought myself a new car too, since my old one decided to completely pack up on me. I got myself a nice VW Golf, for £4,500, which isn't too bad for a cvar which is six years old. It runs like a dream too. ^_^ Which is more than I cvan say for my old car which caused so many problems to no end. I was glad to get rid of it. Heh.

I'm also gaining more and more computer accessories. I bought myself a new laptop, so now I have a laptop and a PC. I also bought a new TFT (flat screen) moniter, scanner and printer. Which all work lovely. The laptop is handy for when I visit my dad, because when I'm there I can continue with artwork and play Final Fantasy XI online, also I can still browse the net. Same goes for when I visit my friends at their respective universities.

In October Rachel visited me for my birthday week, which was really nice. It was good to see her again in person. Though I do regret not paying more attention toward her, I still feel a little bad for it. We're not together anymore, this was a mutual decision for both of us. We had a long conversation about it, details we promised to keep to ourselves. And I intend to do just that. We still keep in touch which is a good thing, she is a star and I never want to loose contact with her as she is one of my best friends. Also I will always be there for her, and I know the same goes in reverse, which is always good! ^_^

Anywho I'm gonna go for a bath and relax from a days work. Got tomorrow off so I get the chance to relax a bit and also finish off cearing out my room, throwing away crap and rearranging all the stuff I'm going to keep.

I also got a new and up to date pic of myself.

Take care everyone.

Hey all, how goes it? Hope everyone who is reading this is doing well.

I've not got back from Pro 5. For those who does not know what that is. It's a place that holds 5-a-side football leagues ( that's soccer for you American readers). We played a team called the Wonderers, we did hold our own for the first 20-30 minutes keeping it 3-3, however a few errors on our part gave them the advantage. They eventually won 12-4 I did manage to pull off a few good saves to keep us in it in the first 30 minutes (I'm the goal keeper by the way) but it is hard when you're only restricted to your own area, which is tiny. I got taken out at one point, as one of the players from the Wanderers slid to get the ball but I got it and he took my legs out. But it was ok, since we are playing on astro turf, which is covered in sad/grit. Got myself a few new bruises and grazes from it too.  Todays result isn't THAT bad, considering 5-a-side is totally different from your normal 11-a-side. We are improving and that result showed it. Considering our past results have been 12-0 loss, 15-1 loss, 23-3 loss and 19-0 loss. So we are slowly improving. We are new to the whole 5-a-side and are still getting used to it, but we've made some good friends there, and the other teams are telling us not to be too down hearted as we're only new, but we will improve over time. Fitness is the main thing amongst our team, but we all are improving on that.

Other than Pro 5, I've been pretty busy at work. My area manager Gareth said he'd like me to cover some shops on my own on peoples days off. It'll be good experience for me and it will be a chance to get my speed up. Colin, Tara and Simon all say it's a good thing. Plus they all think I'm ready to cover other shops. So I'm pleased for that. Also I'm hoping Gareth will accept my request to move my holiday (vacation) dates back to October from late June so Rachel, Jason and Tonya can visit me for my birthday weeks from the United States. It will be really awesome if they are able to visit then, provided I get my holiday rrequest. It'll be especially good if Rach visits. ^_^

Anywho I'm gonna sign off now. Take it easy and I'll speak to you later.

- We'll All Get Laid
Monday, 23rd of May, 2005. 19:52.

I've been meaning to update this for some time now, I just haven't had time due to work mostly. The last update that I did was before I went to the United States, which was a fantastic trip, of course. I had a cracking time, got to go to some of Rachel's classes, which was pretty interesting. I kept getting asked all sorts of random questions about myself, England, just anything really. My favorite one, which was asked by some kid, whos name I can't remember was: "Is it a sin to not drink tea at tea time?" It's the one that stuck in my head for the most part, still is in there, somewhere. I also got to go to the prom, which again was pretty cool. We weren't there the whole time. Rach, Tonya, Pattie and myself all went to a cajun restaurant, where I tried white gravy for the first time. It was really nice, considering I didn't realize it was gravy until I ate half of my steak. We also went paintballing, which was totally awesome, pitching myself on the ground picking people off is fun. We also had fun with bubbles! There is a lot more but these are just a few events that happened. Though I still need to get the photos develpoed. Which I will soon.

Aty the mo I'm trying to put my holiday date dack from June to October, being my birthday week in all. My area manager Gareth said it shouldn't be a problem changing my summer hols to a winter one. So I hope he accepts my request.

A lot has happened over the last two months since I've been back, which has kept me pretty busy as I mentioned before. I know one of the things that has happened was my mums birthday in which my brother and I got her a really nice and expensive watch. I can't be fussed to write all the details down now. I will at somepoint...... Probably.

Anyway I'm gonna bust a move and head out. Take it easy and I'll see you guys later.

'Lo people.

Only six more days to go for when I embark on my trip to the states. Boy I need this holiday, I certainly cannot wait for it. I am needing it that's for sure.

My computer has ceased to function when I put a new motherboard in it. It was given to me by Matt and it's fryed, he bought it off an online auction on the dabs.com website, so I think he got conned big time there. Ah well it's no big deal I didn't pay for it. I've bought a new one whic won't be delivered until Monday the 14th, but OH!! I'll be on holiday by then. So I can set it all up when I get back with no problems, hopefully.

I'm gonna shoot off back home now. I'll catch up with you ladies and gentlemen when I'm in the states. Take it easy.
